Thrissur

Thrissur is known as 'The Cultural Capital of Kerala', the district is famous for its vast and diversified culture. It is world famous for 'Thrissur Pooram' it is the only place you can find the group of elephants decoratively ornamented. Vazhachal is also worth a visit, it is located near to the dense forest and it is a part of the chalakkudy river.
